Will sugar soap remove cooking oil that sprayed in the oven?

Dean (CTG) asked:

I cooked some chicken and oiled the tin with cooking oil. It splattered all inside the oven, and difficult to get off.

Next time I’ll use a non stick tin because the oil burns and sticky all in the oven.
It’s left a sticky residue at the top of the oven, and some at the side. Difficult to remove with cleaners such as cif.
