What would be the economic effect of removing oil from the speculative markets?

Does oil have to be a traded commodity? Could we remove it from trading and have some other pricing means? How would the US economy be affected? Global economy?

    The vertebral column of todays world without the vertebral column of living in world would be very different if we just imagine of big health and economy90 percent of living in world without the vertebral column of todays world and rich country.
