cooking oil?

    Well, I never use canola oil and don’t know if it matters, but I know you can reuse vegetable oil for quite a while. And it’ll be easy to smell when it’s time to change your fryer oil. Even most restaurants only swap it out once a week or so.

    You can reuse it a few times. When it gets a burnt smell throw it out.

    when deep frying, you will get a better scald and flavor out of your food if you use peanut oil.
